  • Case management services at home or school (Ages 4 to 18)
  • Parenting skills
  • Individual Psycho-Social Skills Training (PSR)
  • Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST)
  • Psychosocial rehabilitation

Program Outcomes

  • Develop sufficient social skills that help maintain an ongoing healthy relationship within home, school, work and community environments
  • Develop better understanding of themselves and others
  • Increase adaptive behavior skills to foster positive change
  • Initiate and respond appropriately with positive action to gain and develop life coping skills
  • Develop meaningful and trusting interpersonal relationships required to grow toward self-sufficiency

Fees

The following methods of payments are accepted:

  • Medicaid
  • Various private insurance accepted (call office for further
    information)
  • Private pay fee for service

Referrals

Referrals will be accepted and received from mental health hospitals and clinics, FINS, DCFS, OJJ, court systems, primary care physicians, pediatricians, schools, family, friends, and other sources.
